The main objective of this project is to improve the quality and consistency of grassroots cricket activities delivered by LYFT UPP through practical, experience-based learning. By participating in a job shadowing mobility, the association aims to strengthen the competences of its coaches, volunteers and staff in planning, coordination and inclusive delivery of sport activities.
